What You Can Expect
Twice-monthly calls with me to identify the most critical blocks we can shift to bring you closer to your vision. At the end of each session, you’ll leave with 2-3 shifts to bring into your daily life. I’m here for you during that time, in case you have any questions, feedback, or get stuck.
There is a minimum commitment of 3 months but once that’s over, you can stay with me as long as you like or you can cancel any time. For the logistics and price tag see below.

→ Two 60 minute sessions per month
→ Spot-coaching for emergencies (this is where we might hop on for 20 minutes to troubleshoot between sessions)
→ Minimum commitment of 3 months (so we can get some traction from your efforts!).
